How Can I Register With Print O Gift?

To start shopping with printogiftbazar.com you can easily register yourself by providing us necessary information like-Your Name, E-mail, Mobile No., etc. We assure you that your information is secure with us. The information you provide will help us to contact you regarding your orders, transactions and for better service.


What is My Account?

Once you have registered with printogiftbazar.com “My Account” option will approach you to your personal account. You can manage your account details, track your orders and manage your reward points through “My Account” section.


What is Print O Gift Rewards Program?

  • Print O Gift presents rewards points for its members only. For every purchase you make, in return you will get rewards points. Get one point for every 10 rupee you spend on shopping done through the site. You can redeem your points by making purchase from a redeemable products section made available to you on printogiftbazar.com. You can check your earned points in “My Wallet”

How Do I Avail Print O Gift Rewards Program?

Every member has to sign up through printogiftbazar.com, and then only he/she will be eligible for reward program. For every purchase you make, in return you will get rewards points.


What is Print O Gift Referral Program?

When a new customer register by printogiftbazar.com with existing customer’s “Customer Id Number” the existing customer will get one time referral reward point on the first shopping of new customer.


How does Referral Program work?

Existing customer has to promote printogiftbazar.com to a new customer, like family, friends, relatives etc. On every new refer existing customer will be rewarded with referral points.


When and how can I cancel an order?

We use to make product PERSONALIZED and CUSTOMIZED. Once order placed cancel of order is not possible.

In case of non personalized products, within 24 hours of placing your order you are able to cancel it by calling our customer services at +91 80 0101 7063 Mon-Sat (10am-5pm) and emailing us at care@printogiftbazar.com, provided that the order has not been shipped. After 24 hours we will not be able to cancel your order. Once you have cancelled, the money will be refund to you. The 20% service handling and GST (As applicable) charges will be deducted from your payment. The refunds can take up to 15 working days.


What are the products for which printogiftbazar.com will not accept cancellations or returns?

  • Customized order /Personalized items
  • Flowers and Plants
  • Costume jewellery – No returns or cancellations accepted for gold and silver costume jewellery
  • Electronic items like Watches and others electronic items & appliances
  • Any products with a seal where the seal is broken
  • Any consumable item which has been used
  • Replacement request is made outside the specified time frame
  • Anything missing from the package you has received including price tags, labels, original packing, and combo offer.

How long will it take to get a refund?

You will get your refund amount within 15 working days.


Can I get a replacement for my product?

Printogiftbazar.com offers easy replacement only in the case of incorrectly supplied goods. Refund the amount only in the case where printogiftbazar.com cannot offer a replacement. You must inform us via email only within 24 hrs of receipt of the items. The courier charge will be refunded only in the case of incorrectly supplied items.


How can I return items?

We receive returned goods only through approved carrier service providers and you cannot return the goods physically.

Please courier your return package address with courier slip.

Once the product has been returned, the customer needs to send a email at care@printogiftbazar.com with the below details for faster processing of your complaint

How long do I have to return an item?

The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging. The package should be reached our address within 10 days from initiation of replacement request. Beyond the return period of time the return request will not valid.


Can I cancel the order if there is a delay in delivery?

If an abnormal delay of your product, additional two weeks from the committed delivery day, then you may cancel the order and claim for refund. The 20% service handling and GST (As applicable) charges will be deducted from your payment. Balance amount shall either be refunded or given as a wallet balance for the next purchase.
